After few years of engineeing and countless times of field-testing works, finally yielded a product of unmatched performance and beauty! We call this new generation WPC decking " Super Shield". It combines the proven strength of HDPE and Wood Fibre with an outer shell of special formulation polymer that completely encapsulates the board in an impermeable layer of protection from Scratches, Stains & Fading. This is a revolutionary innovation to first generation WPC decking.
Owing to the shield uses an advanced engineering polymer formulation so that give the boards Ultra Protection against below:
Stains: Wind, Coffee, Soy Sauce, Vegetalbe Oil etc. all cannot stain the board, Stains can be easily wiped off the surface bcs the liquid never gets absorbed by the impermeable shield layer,with makes the "Super Shield" very easy to clean and very low maintenance and also without mildew&mold or fungus growth.
Color Fading: The special of the shield ensures it's color stay much longer time than conventional composite decking,3000 hours in a QUV accelerated weathering test lab is Delta E＜4.0, means no color change can be observed by human eye at least within 20 years after be put into application.
Painting: The surface Multi-Chromatic colors are the part of Shield's special formulation meaning that no need any additional painting works.
